Opening of the tomato processing factory

In Kruševo near Mostar, the Marinada d.o.o. factory has been officially opened – the first modern facility for fruit and vegetable processing in Herzegovina. The factory will process up to 15,000 tons of tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables annually, with products such as peeled tomatoes, concentrates, and dried tomatoes intended for both domestic and international markets.

A key role in the realization of this project was played by Sinitech Industries, which designed the concept and layout of the plant, manufactured the technological equipment, and fully assembled and commissioned the entire production line. In doing so, Sinitech reaffirms its strength in the development of the food industry and demonstrates how local expertise and innovation can serve as a driver of sustainable growth.

The Marinada project brings new jobs, strengthens cooperation with local farmers, and represents an example of how modern technology enhances the value of domestic production. For Sinitech, this is yet another step in building a bridge between tradition and the future.
