This project is taking place from February 2026. to end of 2026., and the project itself consisted of the design, feed engineering and manufacturing of process industry equipment in brewery industry.
The project covers the comprehensive modernization and expansion of a brewery production line through several interconnected areas. The scope includes raw material handling and wort heating, along with the reconstruction of key process installations for technological water, beer, wort, CO₂, compressed air, and CIP systems. It also includes new pumping equipment, distribution panels, connections for filtration and water treatment, and integrated process automation.
Production capabilities will be enhanced through the installation of new fermentation tanks with automated temperature control and glycol cooling, a tangential membrane filtration system, additional storage tanks, and a continuous pasteurization system. These upgrades will improve the main stages of fermentation, clarification, stabilization, and beer storage while increasing process reliability, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
A major part of the project involves reconstructing the refrigeration infrastructure, including ammonia and glycol cooling systems, compressors, condensers, piping, electrical installations, and control systems, as well as dedicated cooling for hop storage. The scope also includes advanced laboratory equipment for automated beer quality analysis and a laminar-flow safety cabinet for microbiological testing. The project covers equipment supply and installation, integration with existing systems, testing, commissioning, operator training, and preparation of as-built technical documentation in accordance with applicable standards.
