The first half of 2026 for Sinitech Industries was marked by an intensive period of securing new projects, delivering industrial equipment, and continuing the company’s development toward increasingly complex industrial systems and technologically demanding markets.
Following a highly challenging 2025, during which we underwent company restructuring, internal reorganization, and a redefinition of business priorities, the first six months of this year brought clear confirmation that the market recognizes and values the direction we are taking.
Sales activities from the previous period, combined with the successful execution of projects delivered over the past several years, have started to generate tangible results through new contracts, international projects, and the continued strengthening of our presence in export markets.
During the first half of the year, a project for the Moroccan market was officially confirmed, under which we will design, manufacture, and commission another 100 kg/h HMX (octogen) production line. The project belongs to the specialized process and defense industry sector, an area in which we have been continuously expanding our presence and developing proprietary technological solutions in recent years.
At the same time, a highly valuable project was contracted with one of Croatia’s leading industrial companies, where we will participate in the overhaul and fabrication of hydroelectric power plant piping systems. Projects of this type require a high level of precision, organization, and quality control, particularly due to the complexity of execution and the demanding requirements of the energy sector.
We are also particularly pleased to have secured a project involving the capacity expansion of a domestic brewery, for which we will deliver a package of process equipment. It is always rewarding to contribute to the growth of domestic manufacturing companies that continuously invest in expanding and modernizing their production capacities.
Among the contracted projects is also a special heat exchanger designed for operation at temperatures exceeding 1000 °C, intended for a US-based client with final delivery to Estonia. Delivery is scheduled for the end of the year, and the project involves highly specialized equipment requiring a serious engineering approach in the fields of thermodynamics, materials engineering, and manufacturing technologies.
Additionally, a wastewater regeneration system was contracted as an extension of an existing 100 kg/shift HMX production line project, for which equipment manufacturing is already well underway. Projects of this kind confirm that we are increasingly involved not only in individual process units, but also in the development of complete industrial systems.
The second quarter was also marked by the successful conclusion of an international tender in Bangladesh, where Sinitech was selected as the best supplier for a TNT filling line project. This defense industry project involved a demanding international tender process and competition from major industrial companies.
Q1&Q2 Deliveries
The first half of the year was intensive not only in terms of new contracts, but also in terms of project execution and deliveries.
We successfully delivered and installed an industrial dryer for PlantEx, one of the leaders in the flavor and fragrance industry, completed the delivery of a glucose-fructose syrup storage system for a global beverage producer, as well as a 50 m³ storage vessel of similar application for the Romanian market.
What's next for us?
Entering the second half of the year, our focus remains unchanged - the development of proprietary technologies, export growth, increasingly complex projects, and the further strengthening of the company’s manufacturing and engineering capacities.
Alongside all project activities, the company also successfully submitted its 2025 annual financial report on time, reporting total revenues of EUR 12.18 million, representing growth of more than 20% compared to the previous year.
These results further confirm that the changes and reorganization implemented during 2025 established solid foundations for the company’s continued development. According to all current indicators, both 2026 and 2027 are expected to be marked by continued business growth, stronger export presence, and entry into new technologically demanding projects and industries.
A large number of new challenges lie ahead - from the development of specialized process systems and equipment to increasingly complex international projects that we are now contracting and executing. These are precisely the types of projects through which we aim to continue developing Sinitech Industries as a modern engineering and manufacturing company with proprietary technologies, strong production capacities, and an expanding international presence.
We look forward to everything ahead.
