Single line CIP System with 5000 L vessels

This project will take place from August 2026. to January 2027., and the project itself consisted of the design and manufacturing of process industry equipment. Equipment that we manufactured is complete single line CIP system in chemical industry global leader. The installation and commissioning of the equipment itself was also part of our scope of work. 

The project involves the design and delivery of a turnkey Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system for an industrial production facility. The system is designed to serve three process vessels with capacities from  600 up to 5,000 litres. It includes multiple CIP solution tanks, dedicated dosing units for acid, caustic solution, and disinfectant, as well as a modular process skid for preparing and distributing the cleaning media.

The CIP skid incorporates a heat exchanger for heating water and cleaning solutions to the required temperature, together with circulation pumps, automated valves, flowmeters, and level and safety monitoring. The system enables the supply of cleaning media to all process vessels, while return and recirculation are provided for the main cleaning loop. A separate product-transfer pipeline between two process vessels is also included.

The overall scope covers process engineering, project management, equipment and skid manufacturing, process piping, electrical installations, automation software, and integration with the existing production facility. It also includes factory and on-site testing, commissioning, operator training, technical documentation, and post-handover support.
